Big Bear Private Homes:
We have owned a second home in the Moonridge area since 1986. Our street had no rentals for years, we now have 6 rentals on our block.

The renters we have experienced do not have any regard for our property or rights to a peaceful existence. The rental next door brings in motorhomes and boats that block our driveway. The rental across the street have, on a regular basis, had to many cars for the five car driveway, so they park on the street and block one of our driveways. One winter, they had a snow plow come and dig out the side of the hill for more parking, and DUMPED all the excess dirt and snow on our manicured bank. These occurrences and others not mentioned happen most of the time a cabin is rented in our area.

Also, we have complained to the rental agencies and have received NO satisfaction.
